Are all the studios really included in every plan?
Yes. Every plan — including the free Explorer plan — gives you all six studios. Plans differ by your monthly credit allowance and a few pro capabilities (like commercial publishing rights, extra seats and priority generation), not by which tools you can open.
What's a credit?
Credits are how we meter what you create. Every AI action spends credits in proportion to what it takes to produce — a fully-voiced CaseStory costs more than a quick AuthorLab suggestion. Your allowance refreshes every month, and you can always see how much you've used.
What's the difference between credits and learner-seats?
Credits cover creating — authoring cases, generating simulations, stories and reports. Learner-seats cover delivering — each learner who plays a simulation or joins a live session. Every plan includes a bundle of free learner-seats each month; beyond that it's £1.50 per learner (education) or £3 (corporate), with no minimums.
Do my learners have to pay?
No — learners never pay or need a paid account. You (or your institution) cover the learner-seats when you run a session, so students and trainees just take part.
What happens if I run out of credits?
Your work is never locked — you simply top up with a credit pack, or move to a higher plan. Unused monthly credits don't roll over.
Can I change or cancel my plan anytime?
Yes — upgrade, downgrade or cancel whenever you like. Changes take effect from your next billing cycle.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes — pay annually and get roughly two months free (about 17% off). Toggle "Annual" above to see the price.
I'm a law firm, company or business school — how does that work?
That's the Business plan, and it's entirely self-serve: unlimited author seats, a large pooled credit allowance, and learner-seats for delivery. You invite your people with a code — no sales calls, no contracts, cancel anytime. If you need more than it includes, email us and we'll sort something out in writing.
Do you offer onboarding sessions, SSO or phone support?
Not at the moment — and that's a deliberate choice, not an oversight. CaseConduit is built to need none of it: every studio has a guided tour, the Help & Support centre covers the how-tos, and the live demo shows the product before you spend a penny. Support is by email, answered by the people who actually build the platform.
Is there a free trial?
The Explorer plan is free forever with a monthly credit allowance — the best way to try the whole platform before you commit.
